You can get alarms which double as holders for Apple Airtags that go where the water bottle attaches.

May help others like Mr B in future.

This was one that came through in my email last week.

Not a question of luck and like all social media you have to be selective - I've never used FB for buying and selling. You can be ripped off on Le Bon Coin (which I have only ever used for selling) if you're not careful !
Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware !!

We are being very aware these days.
On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.

Le Bon Coin has fairly recently done wonders in upping the security aspects of both buying and selling. It's slightly more expensive now to buy and the seller has to wait a bit for the payment, but what price peace of mind?

We've sold all sorts of things through LBC, from two cars to odd bits of furniture etc, and never had a problem. You can exchange emails via LBC rather than giving your email to any potential customer. When we sold the cars, we didn't get any solicitations from Africa offering to give us more ...
