"fin matinée" is at the end of the morning, "fin am (après-midi)" is at the end of the afternoon !

It is here too when spoken, but in an email or sms, it's generally shortened to "am"

As I said that is new to me .. even in an email or sms or whatsapp .. everyone I know uses 'aprèm'.
We're obviously all out of touch here ..
