Me too, but so far so good. I had to secure the clothes hanging rack with the garden hose to stop it blowing over - hopefully.
We've got a fold up airer so we can take the washing in easily if it rains. It blew over the other day and folded up and when I picked it u to unfold it again it bit a huge chunk out of the tip of my little finger - blood pumping out all over the clean white tea shirts, didn't know little fingers had so much blood in them.

Oooooh, terrible Char.

Ours blew over a while back. Blew all the way down a small hill with the clean laundry. I was sure it was done for. Nope, I managed to raise it up (without any cuts or bruises thank goodness) and it was still in tact, just a bit of mud on the edge that fell into the ground. It's a sturdy thing. That is why now, I curl the garden hose around the lower wheels. This way, if it blows over on the terrace, it should stay where it fell.. That's the idea anyway.

Forecast calls for 9c tomorrow morning. !!!

We get so much wind here that we use big stones to keep thing like airers from blowing away. Sometimes I forget and find the washing decorating the lawn !
It's safe using the proper washing line !

Bit of lightning at 0230 hrs this morning with a few distant rumbles so I got up & disconnected the Livebox.
Good job I did a I'd just got back into bed & there was a humungous flash followed immediately by an overhead bang the likes of which I've never experienced before.
All went quiet, I dozed off & awoke later to find the RCD serving the main house socket circuits had tripped but nothing else.
Phew!

We've had a couple of cloudy mornings keeping the temperature pleasantly low. I think today will be sunny and a tad warm later (just like yesterday) although we've lost the gentle cooling breeze.

Pleasantly warm and sunny yesterday again but today is forecast to be a little cooler with rather more cloud, 23C with a SSW breeze.

We have used one of these things for years. Very handy for anyone with limited space.
