The same price for only one so called "formule pizza" in Corbigny (Nièvre), including a rich salad, excellent and still on a budget. Hungry eyes view:

@ Suein56: even my eldest son, frequent flyer and easily satisfied with the best, doesn't complain: he thinks it's a brilliant "formule". To bother you with l'embarras du choix food for thought, voir le menu.

Err .. yes. OH usually prepares all kind of great dishes from scratch, so do I if I'm in the right mood, but 1/2 pizza and a mixed salad is no effort at all.
I must emphasise that we always have frozen margherita bases in the freezer so all I have to do is add some bits and pieces to the base and knock up a salad whilst the pizza is cooking.

I do or perhaps cheese on toast if I've got any gluten free bread in the freezer.

Cheese on toast is one of those things where the whole is so much better than the parts,and I love cheese and I love toast

Cereal at night .. what a great idea
Tho I'm not sure OH would agree as he loves cooking (most of the time) and I do the rest of the time. It's a shared pass-time.
