Yesterday's 2 matches weren't quite as billed, but I'm happy with the results.
Can Italy upset the applecart today?

Ireland were down as the favourites as they are the best team in the world and England do not have a good record against Scotland recently - so pretty much as expected but a close call for Scotland but we won!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

As I say, I'm (very) happy with the results! And I'd love to see La Squadra socking the French media one on the nose...

Why do teams think somehow they will play better if they sack the one person not actually on the field - beit Eddie Jones or Frank Lampard?

Perhaps because they will choose who will play and at what stage in the game.

Perhaps because in the training, they will have the set plays and how they are supposed to be played out.

Perhaps because they set out the training schedules.

Perhaps because they are the ones to encourage and inspire players to do even better - or sometimes not.

A fish stinks from the head.

Re: Wales and Ireland; I thought the 35 minutes that the Welsh team decided to turn up was indeed very entertaining - but well done Ireland for all of that.

Everton did beat Arsenal to get out of the relegation zone. It was their first win for ages under their new manager. I think it has something to do with how good a motivator the manager is.
