England will face France or Germany in the final on Sunday.
Who do you want to win tonight, France or Germany?

(If you don't watch football/don't care fine, in which case don't reply to my question  )

I would prefer France but a match against Germany could be a classic in reigniting old rivalries.

And if the final is France v England, who will you be shouting for? That I think is a tough one.

If it is France, I shall be shouting for England. France has had success in major tournaments in the past, the England Lasses are looking for their first.

France, being where I choose to live, would be my preference to come runners up to the Lionesses, the team of my birth. :)

I really can't get enthusiastic about women's football, or rugby!
If I had to choose, I'd go for France (as Ireland isn't in the running  ).

Not that I watch much of any football, but I have to say I think the women's game currently has less aggression, histrionics, play-acting and primadonnas from what I have seen.

Last night's game was a really good advert for football, lots of skills on display, fast-moving, and no histrionics.
You have to feel sorry for the Swedish keeper, she had a bad night made all the worse by Russo's back-heeled shot going through her legs and into the net.

May the better team win - just hope it's a good game.
