Anyone see the new series of Trigger Point last night - ITV 9pm - wow another great series me thinks. Fortunately we both had little tea left in our mugs when the three of us (that's the cat included) on the sofa all went back several feet when the bomb went off!

It was OK but it really bugs me when they insert stupidities then waste minutes of the programme dealing with them.

I'm talking about the bit where she goes to turn the light on but is stopped half way because the switch is booby trapped, if she had actually turned it on then it would have gone bang, the fact that nothing happened means she hadn't therefore the overdone 'drama' which followed of her holding it and him cutting through the wire - which in effect would have been the same as turning the switch on - was total nonsense.

I'll probably give it a second chance but if that's the way it goes it will be off my watch list.

I would have thought they would have checked every unattended vehicle within the vicinity, before letting the residents access to their homes. AFTER the explosion they checked the registration, and it was a stolen van!. Very poor. A miss for me.

We watched it, sorry to see Adrian Lester blown up as I like him.

With the light switch, I asked myself why she couldn't just slowly push the switch up again?

Good job I'm not in the bomb squad perhaps
