Surprised no one has mentioned the death of June Brown, Dot Cotton in Eastenders?

I've never watched Eastenders but I think I may have seen her on a Pilgrimage TV prog. along with some other famous faces - what a fantastic lady to be able to keep going at that age and enjoying it?

I used to watch Eastenders, June was an iconic lady, she spoke so differently in real life.

At 95 I hope she rests in peace now, bless her.

I stopped watching "Meatmenders" as my niece used to call them (she was only a toddler at the time!), when I left the UK in 2003. Wanted to ditch that bad habit!

95 though? Wow - "a good innings" they call that, don't they? Dot/June was brilliant. RIP M'lady.
