I have a transmitter plugged into a tv that sends the signal to a receiver plugged into a remote tv. It needs replacing - do they still exist to buy?

Try searching for wireless tv transmitter and receiver There are plenty of boxes around depending on the type of sockets/connection you want, whether you want bluetooth/wifi or wired connection etc, and also quality of the video/audio
