I'd recorded a programme on BBC2 Monday evening 'Going in Style'. I had no idea what it was about but thought I'd have a look last night. It was great and very funny - Michael Cain, Morgan Freeman & Alan Arkin. Three OAPs decide to rob the bank that ran off with their money. If you haven't seen it I recommend it for some light-hearted entertainment.
With this hand, I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never be empty, for I will be your wine. With this candle, I will light your way into darkness. With this ring, I ask you to be mine.........The Corpse Bride

I wasn't expecting that and was almost ready to turn off to go to bed when I heard Michael Caine's Cockney tones and stayed to watch. Turned out to be a delayed bed time because I was hooked, loved it all the way through.

He has made some shockers by his own admission (The Swarm etc) but also some of the best in cinema anywhere. I could watch Alfie and The Italian job over and over again. :D

@Bayleaf I am a fan of quizzes but have got fed up with The Chase of late due to Bradley Walsh's endlessly repeated catch phrases and the forced insults of the Chasers, so was very pleased, as an avid serial watcher of Law and Order UK, to see him in the The Larkins. Brilliant. :D

I have never watched The Chase more than a couple of minutes, and usually just the clip of Bradley completely loses it over some funny phrase. In general I don't watches quizzes. I keep missing Law & Order, so must seek that out. First time I saw him acting was in Dr Who - from then on, I've become a fan!

No, our group was just old bikes from our local club:

How do people live without at least one dog in the house?

Trust meLiz to get it wrong.
Often watch at least a dozen bikers purring along the road on a Sunday.
