Thought that might be a good watch last night wasn't bad considering what else was on offer, until Elaine Delmar came on to do a softly softly murder the song approach, might have guessed which way it was going to go being as it was from Ronnie Scotts jazz club in Soho, sometimes those trumpet and saxophone players don't know when to stop.

I watched the Bacharach at the BBC. It was excellent and what a genius and long career?. An awesome back catalogue and some surprises for me re songs I didn’t know he wrote.

I love his music but when I saw it was at Ronnie Scott's I didn't bother.

Presumably it was on UK TV ? Still we may get it here later. Ronnie Scotts would be a + for me .
