Listening to the radio.........
OK peeps. The band in the link was not mine.
Our band "The Aardvarks" never signed a record contract. The name was resistered in California in about 1965 by my girlfriend who played bass guitar. The lineup was:
Lead guitar/vocals- Don Heller
Rhythm guitar- Me
Bass guitar- Nancy Roubal
Drums- Karen Carpenter
The band arranged a demo with a scout from A&M records who weren't impressed but after a short demo with Karen and her brother, etc. The rest is history.
