Veem, I was in the Intermarché, Confolens today - they had Shredded Wheat! :D
Top shelf in the English food section, I think they were about 4 euros.

Apologies again for the thread drift - but obviously Biggles getting his shredded wheat must take priority over a burnt building! :lol:

Sold, without being touched other than cutting the grass and moving some burnt beams.
Happy customer happy seller.
Only bought on the 8th of August.

That's excellent news .. you (two) really do have an eye for a property with potential, in the right setting and at the right price, both to buy and to sell, but which allows for a profit on the transaction.

We wanted tlo finish off the year with a few extra sales so bought either five or six houses most under 12000 and just put a small profit on them but do no renovation work.
A lot of time in the car but its working.
