I just don't know how to do it.

We have Linky, and I believe it's possible to check how much leccy you are using at any particular time.

Can anyone explain how you do this please?

This is easy to understand: https://mon-compte-particulier.enedis.f ... e-mesures/

Plus your provider might have an app.

ENEDIS has a manual in English, two illustrated pages in pdf format, you can download it here.

I’m with EDF and their app/website has all the information you need. All the data is provided to them from ENEDIS.

In the app, EDF & Moi I've managed to find a daily summary of electricity usage, as per the picture.

This doesn't look too bad to me but I wonder why our bill every 2 months is nearly €600. We are all electric including underfloor heating. I'll go through the daily usage tomorrow to see if indeed all the daily charges amount to the facture.

@ Manonthemoon2, don't underestimate the standing charges and the fact that electric heating is rather expensive. Insulation: how to save money on heating bills.

You should also be able to get a daily graph broken down in 30 minute intervals, just click on details. A Quick Look at your numbers, though I don’t know what your abbonment is, would probably put you in the ballpark for the bill you are seeing. Electricity rates have shot up over the last year.

What you have just shown us is a tad over 29€ over 3 days - so just under 10€ per day.
2 months is usually a tad over 60 days.
10€ per day x 60 days = 600€
