Le glossaire de la mécatronique - French/English/German

#1 Post by Char »

I wasn't sure where to post this so I've stuck it in this section for the moment - if anyone thinks it should be in a different section, just let me know and I'll move it. Thanks :D

I thought it might be of interest to those of you who are interested in the integration of mechanical, electronic and electrical engineering systems, It's actually quiet useful at times for those who aren't as well. ;)

Mike wrote: Sat Oct 16, 2021 5:41 pm This is how I understand the different breakers in the main Consumer Unit:

Disjoncteur = MCB = Miniature Circuit Breaker.
Disjoncteur Différentiel Résiduel = DDR = RCD = Residue Current Device.
Disjoncteur Différentiel Résiduel à protection contre les surintensités = DCR = RCBO = Residue Current Device with Overload protection.

Can be very confusing as the description between French and English I find not intuitive, or is that just me.
Residual Current Device ;)

Corrects the spelling of a technical term?

Apologies if it offended you.
