I have watched any number of "new" owners inspecting the progress of their dream homes on TV wearing all the elf'n'safety gear complete with hard hats when nothing higher than a pile of sand was on site.
On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.
