How and where would you ask for a rusty steel cupboard to be shot blasted and powdered coated. Thanks

The removal process would be décapage, try searching for that, i have been meaning to do the same, as the railings for our terrace needs the same treatment.

Did you mean sand blasting - sablage?
Pages jaunes led me straight to a local expert.

There are different names for it depending on the abrasive medium used so yes.

There are many many options if you can get back to UK yourself. I have researched this topic myself with respect to getting some wheels refinished. There are hundreds of sources of this kind of service there at affordable prices. Wheel refurbishing, blasting and powder coating, upholstery repairs, etc. Near impossible to find outside of large cities here. I tried to find an independent specialist to repair my Peugeot Cabrio (just in case the summer ever shows itself in dept.22). I found a company that will repair any Cabrio mechanism, any brand. Sadly they are over 700km away.
