For some time I have had trouble using the Le Shuttle online booking site and I was wondering whether anyone else has had similar? Making the booking is fine but on each occasion that I use a credit or debit card the payment is not authenticated and I have to use phone booking which costs a little extra. As I come and go frequently this is a bl**dy nuisance.
Now the same has happened with a biggish Amazon payment.
I have checked with the fraud people and my cards have not been blacked or whatever.
Has this ever happened to anyone else, any solutions please?
( My bank knows jackall about it!)

Have you blocked pop-ups on your browser .. as authorisation windows often/usually open as pop-ups ? If you have then you won't see them.

Try booking using incognito or private mode on browser to eliminate those issues. Their website is not very well written.

Does card work on other web sites - check with bank card is configured correctly.

But otherwise - yes I can use their website fine.

Just to add - if you are using noscript in a browser ensure arcot and stripe are allowed.
