On 17th we ordered a ceiling fan, with the offer of free delivery. Delivery was supposed to be either Wednesday or Thursday this week, according to the order note emailed.

Well it didn't arrive, on suivi ma commande it just shows delivery for the same dates and no further information.

My Internet has been down for 24 hours and trying to phone them with a signal on a mobile that is rubbish, didn't work.

Any suggestions or tips for naming & shaming?

Has it arrived yet? We have never had trouble with LM

Two things to remember here.
1. This is France and France is BIG
2. Carrier logistics
Free delivery from LM is new to me and to economise, most goods come from somewhere else and get shifted to another shed nearer to you, then waits until a van is going your way. Another reason for being late is that it was no longer in stock at that shed and had to be organised to come from another store (or china). Two weeks late is not unusual chez nous.
It's cooler now, so no real panic, sit back and enjoy the summer while waiting.

Just had an email from Amazon saying, sorry for the delay in delivery and to track the parcel. It arrived last week.

We still haven't received the product, nor any notification of who or when it might be delivered.

I've tried complaining via 'contact us' on the website. I've phoned the nearest store who won't get involved as it is an Internet order.

It's very annoying, they've had the money for 2 weeks but we don't have the article.

I don't know what else I can do
