Are you saying there are no delivery charges on anything with Prime? And is this Prime across all countries or do you have to pay for each one? UK, FR and DE for instance? As far as Amazon customer service is concerned I may test it to destruction tomorrow after checking if a refund has appeared in my bank for a returned pc which stopped working. It was from a seller based in Madrid and despite Amazon FR telling me to send it via La Poste and pay for insurance (over €40) the seller then said I should have told them in which case they would have collected and, as such, will not pay the postage. On top of that they have not yet paid the cost of the pc either, despite Amazon saying it would be within 5 working days. I posted it on the 24th of December. I don't know about Spain, but plenty of French working days since then. 14, according to my fingers.
