Amazon again

I use Amazon a lot and I don't mind paying a little extra because I know they will accept returns without question and give excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong chain for a chainsaw and yesterday I sent it back - at no cost - via the post office. By the time I arrived home I already had an email from Amazon saying the refund had been made. The 46€ for Prime is good value for me
