I used to buy my pillows from M&S.
Until recently they had pillows on their French website but at the moment there is only 1 what I would call English sized pillow and it’s made of mulberry silk so a little too posh for me!
I wrote and asked why they don’t sell them any more. Apparently the sizing is different in France.
I have asked them to put some on the website again. I’ve got loads of pillow cases but the pillows are getting a bit tired.

Yes they will. I ordered some jeans from M&S UK and even with the 8€ delivery, they were cheaper than France. There was no douanes to pay either. Stuff ordered from M&S France comes from the UK anyway, I believe because on their prices they say douanes fees included.

It won’t let me do it. Needs a uk mobile number which I haven’t got. Can’t get past that. As I have a M&S France account I’ll have to see if I can use a different email address with more success as it goes and finds my details from there.

I know this is now an M&S ordering problem, but most of the French hypermarkets stock a good selection of different pillows, including the English rectangular type. The last rectangular pillow I bought was a memory foam one from Amazon.fr. I then had to buy new pillowcases...

The last time I bought from M&S UK was a couple of years ago so things might well have changed.
We've never had a problem getting rectangular pillows here, and UK/M&S pillowcases fit perfectly. We've bought memory foam ones from one of the bedding centres locally and they've been superb.
@demi Yes, they can be warm. We have used memory foam pillows and mattresses for about 20 years and have always found them extremely comfortable. We keep the bedroom cool at night, even in winter, and it's a question of adjusting our bedding to suit the temperature (OH likes a much warmer duvet than I do, so it's an each to his own situation !).
However, in an area with warmer temperatures in summer, it's possible that you light find a memory foam pillow too warm. When we slept in our caravan when working at Hellfest in June, the temps were upper 30s during the day but at night, we were fine.
It's difficult to advise people because we all have different ideas/needs for comfort in bed (if you know what I mean !!). I was a bit wary the first time we bought memory foam pillows because they weren't cheap. OH has always had "pillow sagas", never happy with all the pillows he tried until he bought a good memory foam one.
