) They arrived on Friday. They are lovely however one bauble in one of the boxes was broken. The boxes had no packaging around what so ever so hardly surprising that more than one was broken. I contacted Amazon and said they really need to supply bubblewrap or similar when sending out glass baubles. Immediately I got a reply would you like a refund or a replacement but you will need to return the box for whichever option you choose. As it happens I had selected contact in english and thought no more about it. I replied via their email saying I couldn't return the box as I had already disposed of the broken bauble but here's a photo. Within an hour I got a telephone call from a London number which I ignored but checked it out to find it was Amazon. A couple of hours later another telephone call which I answered this time and the chappy at the other end said I could have a refund or a replacement without returning the box but could I email him again to say which option I wanted. I emailed yesterday and said I would prefer a replacement cos I liked the baubles so much. This morning I got an email to say a replacement is on it's way. Can't fault the service.Amazon.fr

We use Amazon a lot.fr . Uk and .de.
Always have had good service, the only complaint is the over large boxes which they use, latest was mami bought a set of mats for her c3, they came in a box big enough for five sets.

Their packaging leaves a lot to be desired - I think in the past the eco-warriors castigated them for over packing and now they have gone the other way - certainly compared to Digitec here.
We ordered 6 plates in the UK - two were smashed due to no additional packaging. More annoyingly, the delivery driver knew this - you could hear the broken bits rattling - so he did a runner before we could reject the delivery - meaning we had to then go through a separate returns process. But the returns process did work - although unlike the OP a simple replacement of the two broken plates was not an option.

Yes it used to be like that here but now the box size is always OK it's just the packing that's missing!

Amazon seems a bit pricey.
