What a brilliant idea - lovely doggie, Spaniels are soo soppy and sweet aren't they.
One of my mates when I was a teenager had a dog called Harley that he used to take everywhere with him in his sidecar on his motorbike.

Dog Walking.......
I never learnt to drive, so have always relied on public transport or shanks' pony. When I moved here there was a regular bus service to St. Amand Montrond, but that was suspended in 2015. I relied on a pushbike and small trailer for a few years, but managed to put by enough for the electric trike in 2020. It is brilliant.
