Looking at my last year's forms you need the section which you have to say you need to fill in ie 'Divers' It's on the 2042 C Declaration Complementaire. You probably need to tick the box for this form along with the others that you need when starting to complete your return but I'm not sure as I can't remember exactly !
At the bottom of this form it says Vous etes affille a un regime d'assurance maladie d'un Etat de l'Espace economique european du Royaume-Uni ou de la Suisse ................bla bla and the box 8SH and 8SI are along side.
Hope this helps.

With this hand, I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never be empty, for I will be your wine. With this candle, I will light your way into darkness. With this ring, I ask you to be mine.........The Corpse Bride

Yes and No .. for the tax form you have to declare your pension separately to your OH.manonthemoon2 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 12, 2025 9:30 am My state pension is my only income, as I'm declarant 2, but is it added to the income of my other half?
His will be in 1AM if he receives a non-French OAP pension and yours will be in 1BM.

And that separation of declarations can have influence.
When Macron decided to award the low income earners an inflation compensation bonus (2022?), OH received €100 into our joint account because her state and NHS pensions was well under the cut off point - even though our joint incomes took us well outside of any low income definition.
So you are assessed separately but taxed jointly.
