Does this mean you can claim a deduction if you pay into a French pension scheme????
"Cotisations versées en matière d’épargne retraite (versements volontaires aux plans d’épargne retraite, etc.)"

Question to those of you with WISE accounts. Where do you put the interest earned? My UK accounts are paid gross but my new WISE account deducts 30% as a withholding tax. Is there anywhere I can put the figure to show that tax has already been paid?

Wise paying interest these days? First I've heard of it, but then again we lost our Wise account last year because we couldn't pass their new improved identification process.
And since we haven't received a penny of interest since moving to France I can't help you at all with which box to tick.

On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.

I don't have a Wise account.
However, I asked your specific question on various AI web sites, ChatGPT/openai.com, Mistral.ai, gemini.google.com and then asked a supplementary question, specifically "where do I declare it on French tax forms" which between them gave several long and complementary answers, which should be enough to help you. So I suggest you do the same.
I did discover you need to determine whether the withholding is by Wise UK or Wise Belgium (where Wise seems to be based) before making the declaration. Ultimately I think you will need to use 2TR and 2CK on 2042 from figures transferred from 2047.
You could also try a question about the possibility of reclaiming the withholding tax from Wise.

Thank you for the pointers. The withholding tax is a requirement of the Belgian tax authorities where the account in based. I'll have a look and see if there is any specific tax agreement between Belgium and France.

Our accountant has quoted, 1.18 for this year, I presumed this was a figure provided by the tax office.

Asking a more specific question on Mistral.ai (the other AI give similar answers with different fine detail): which lines on a French tax form do i use to declare how to declare interest and Belgian withholding tax
To declare interest and Belgian withholding tax on your French tax forms, you will need to use specific lines on Form 2042 (the main income tax form) and possibly Form 2047 (for foreign income). Here are the details:
Declaring Interest
Interest from French Bank Accounts:
Form 2042: Use the section titled "Revenus de valeurs et capitaux mobiliers" (Income from securities and movable capital).
Line 2TR: Enter the total amount of interest earned from French bank accounts.
Interest from Foreign Bank Accounts:
Form 2047: Use this form to declare foreign income.
Line 1: Enter the gross amount of foreign interest earned.
Line 7: Enter the amount of foreign tax paid on this interest.
Declaring Belgian Withholding Tax
Income Subject to Belgian Withholding Tax:
Form 2047: Use this form to declare foreign income.
Line 1: Enter the gross amount of income earned in Belgium.
Line 7: Enter the amount of Belgian withholding tax paid.
Tax Credit for Belgian Withholding Tax:
Form 2042: You may be eligible for a tax credit in France for the Belgian withholding tax paid.
Line 8TK: Enter the amount of foreign tax credit you are claiming.
