TousAntiCovid contact detection no longer works

The Bluetooth contact detection function was disabled on 25 Jan 2023. The complete closure of the data system and all the contact and phone data will have been deleted by 31 Jan. There is a note in the app under More |Privacy | Contact Tracing deactivation

I think the app itself will not be deleted but now only store certificates, etc?
