Depistage du colon cancer

Another one diagnosed with diverticulitis. I follow the same regime as Blaze but also eat stewed peeled apple for breakfast every day as I read that that can help. Haven't had a flare up in a long, long time.

I eat a selection of prunes, dates, apples, bananas, nectarines every day with 2 Weetabix and it certainly works well. But it is essential to drink plenty of water/liquids for the fibre to be well absorbed to ensure a good transit. I just wish I'd been told about this a long time ago, it would have saved a lot of trouble.

The availability pectin in apples is enhanced when they are cooked and it is good at reducing inflamation. They are also good for reducing cholesterol.

So good to know. We have a bucket(s) load of them on our trees right now. We'll be cooking a lot of them.
