Changing Mutuelle
At last after a long think over the weekend, I have made the decision to change our complémentaire provider. All done by email, phone calls and electronic signature. Fingers crossed for an easy transition from my current provider!

Update on the changeover.
The CPAM update took 7 days. So much for seamless!
The new contract is working OK.
BUT
The new company double charged the direct debit and the old company still charged us as well so I am 500 euros down. The good news is I contacted the English speaking broker and they went straight into action and sorted it all. I am capable of doing things in French but when it’s something stressful like this for me it is so much easier in English and they know which buttons to press for a speedy resolution.
If OH ever has to deal with something it will be a boon.
