Mon Espace Santé messaging

I have this app operating on my iPad. I store my health stuff in it. My MT uses it.
I also receive my blood test results there.
I had a blood test yesterday. Normally the results arrive by mid afternoon.
Yesterday they didn’t arrive. I kept looking on the lab website checking mon santé and my sms but nothing.
I realised that I could send a message direct to the lab through mon santé. I did so and within 2 minutes my results were there. This was at 21.20 last night.

I wish there was a standard app, i like mon espace santé but only some health providers use it, i see that doctolib are now pushing to use them for your medical data, and probably others as well. Various clinics and hospitals also have their own systems, i have at least 4 apps on my phone to get my medical information.

Gosh how interesting. I have no "apps" on my phone so I must be missing a lot of fun stuff. I get the occasional piece of paper in the letter box that gets filed away after a feeble attempt at translation, and more often something by email. The email things are easily copied into Deepl but they usually make little more sense so they get deleted.
