@Chappers51 I'm sorry the infiltration was so painful. I had one infiltration but it didn't work. My doc said it wasn't worth having another one and referred me to the surgeon. The 5 minute operation was painless (the arm was numb) and apart from the wound being a bit tender to the touch, moving the little finger immediately afterwards didn't hurt at all.
If the infiltration works, you may not need surgery !

This is what he implied Blaze, I’m hoping the infiltration works- at least it’s been tested today as I’ve been jet washing!!
