Thank you Elsie, tried late last week and again this morning, still the same, it rabbits on about, it is a translation line and they can't help with CAF and a load of others, calls recorded unless, and then tells you it is closed in French, after which an English voice goodbye. Eymet went right over my head, perhaps I have missed something?
