We have been seeing a podologue for a couple of years now.
OH is diabetic. We saw a different Podologue today who proposed a 10 week recurring appointment for OH as he is having problems. Great!
At the end we gave her the bank card which she refused. As he is ALD, CPAM pick up the tab.
Diabetis runs in his family - two of them have had foot amputations so I am very impressed that this service is available. Hopefully we can stop the nasty stuff before it begins.

OH is diabetic (another family trrait) but refuses to see my podoloogue, on the basis that our MT checks his feet every 3 months. Not the same, says I. He's also very deaf...

My OH wears hearing aids, strange how they seem to function better some times rather than other times.

Our monthly dinner gathering with us six English octogenarians is hilarious as the 3 lads all wear hearing aids and we get the conversation totally wrong to great amusement for the ladies. The answer, repetition-repetition- er what was that?
