Bourguignon for lunch today as it's chilly. Forgot the lardons though.

Just made 20 sausage rolls and six pork pies, just the "Jelly" to put in the pies, when they have cooled down a bit.

Veggies and Hampe on the grill tonight. I'll likely freeze my fingers off while cooking it...

A piece of échine de porc roasted in the air fryer (15 minutes each side) for lunch. Very tender and juicy.
I'm impressed with the AF, but going slowly. Later, I plan to bake some tea bread in it with a very simple recipe I saw yesterday. I can count the number of things I've baked in the last 30 years on the fingers of one hand....

I don't know what tea bread is, but I have had very good luck making traditional American biscuits in the AF and also muffins. Have you tried cooking chicken in it yet? It is amazing how well it will cook drumsticks and any other chicken with skin/bones.
