Decent cauliflower are a snip @ 1,99 at the moment in Intermarché so I made a tartiflette / cauliflower cheese hybrid this lunchtime also using diots de Savoie.........bloody delicious although self-praise is no recommendation .

Bangers & mash smothered in fried Roscoff onions will do me. :)

Authentic South Indian curry night tonight 8-) Uttapams, coriander chutney, chickpea samosas, slow-cooked pork curry with sambar and coconut, cashew and curry-leaf flavoured rice. Possibly mango ice-cream for afters if there's room :D

Authentic reheated South Madras Chicken, cauliflower and potato curry courtesy of Pataks,sauce mopped up with a reheated Intermarché basic baguette :D
