My version of Spanish Omelette which tonight incudes a green pepper, french beans, onion plus of course sliced spuds & our chook's eggs.
Possible tinned tuna & a bit of grated red cabbage & coleslaw to go with it but still up for discussion when she finally surfaces from a long soak in the bath :)

Not really for dinner but for drinks & nibbles tonight with visitors - I found in the supermarket (didn't know such a thing existed) a packet of Richemonts 3 cheeses for fondue and all I have to do is put the packet in hot water for 1 minute - game on! I have always regretted disposing of my fondue set so I may just look at re acquiring one :D I was going to get camembert in the wooden boxes, place in the oven and then let them dip in themselves!

Carrottes Vichy with pavés de dinde at lunchtime. I'll be having Greek yogurt with honey & nuts tonight.

Saucisse de Toulouse in a gluten free toad on the hole tonight, with carrots and greens and leftover gravy from the weekend roast.
Gluten free toad made with cornflour is brill, never sticks nor fails!

Scrambled egg on toast with melted cheese on top & a hint of sweet chilli sauce for me.
Mrs & GD gone to resto but I couldn't be bothered to get showered & changed after a day relaying some terrace slabs.
