Sardines on toast for me last night. Cassoulet for lunch.
Might make risotto for today's lunch, or omelettes.

Tonight will be a tomato tarte with side salad. Tomatoes are very nice these days.

Slow cooked lamb with all the veggies I can muster. Now heating ready for maybe 2000 hrs.

For breakfast I had Comtè cheese, green grapes and a hard-boiled egg.

Lunch will be a gigot of lamb with stuffed tomatoes and a green salad, followed by gateau d’intense chocolat - sounds lovely and I’m not cooking any of it.

All prep work has been done, sorry no contribution to prepping = no food :D :D perhaps next time, tomorrows BBQ has already been sorted as well, and just taken the soft baps out of the oven, will post the menu in the morning, after that it looks like its back to stews.

Sunday is laundry and house keeping, so not spending much time on dinner. It will be home grown yellow squash and saucisses de volaille on the grill with a nice big salad.

Tomorrow will be a roasted Pintade, roasted home grown cherry tomatoes (with fresh garlic and herbs) and some potatoes (not sure how I'll prepare those).
