Welcome Dave/Widge.

Also been there, done that with the renovation. On two different houses in two different regions (one in the Vaucluse, one in the Dordogne). What a difference a location can make.

Good luck with your ongoing project. There is always something to be done with houses.

Ain't that the truth! We're in our 3rd and youngest house since 1991. There is always something to fix.
Welcome @widge and good luck with your renovations.

Hello Dave.....and ditto to all the above.
With this hand, I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never be empty, for I will be your wine. With this candle, I will light your way into darkness. With this ring, I ask you to be mine.........The Corpse Bride
