Happy Sunday everyone.
I've just printed off the form "avis de situation" and have some queries which I hope someone can explain.
On my section as Declarant 2 my state pension shows, 8908 minus 891 with the final figure of 8017. What does this mean, am I paying tax on the pension?
On the revenue imposable my husbands section says taux and my section says 12.8%.
It goes on to say plafond non utilise pour les revenue de 2022, 2023 and 2024 but the figures vary between declaration with my figure being higher. I don't understand because I wasn't earning and only received my state pension in 2024.
I realise my husbands salary has now gone into one of the thresholds to pay tax at 30% I believe.
It's very confusing, so any explanation is appreciated.

2025 tax declarative of situation?
It appears that perhaps you have not printed the full page, or there is something amiss with your printer or its settings.
Or maybe the format is different for couples declaring separately under the new scheme ?
There should be a column to the left of the "Déclar.1" and "Déclar.2" column, headed "Détail des revenus", describing the entries in the four columns to the right.
The plafonds are described in this column as "PLAFOND EPARGNE RETRAIT", the maximum amounts one can invest in an approved retirement plan.
