In the past I've recommended Boursobank (previously Boursorama) as an online bank as I had been very happy with it. But now I'm getting very frustrated with the bank. The day-to-day web and Android applications are fine.
Where I'm hitting my head against the wall is the changes they made in spring 2025 to the CSV/XLSX/QIF/OFX exports so I can keep details of my transactions in MSMoney. Instead of being able to export either current account or VISA card transactions in separate files they now only export all the transactions in a separate file (and then include the end-of-month payment from the current account to the VISA account making a nonsense of the figures.
With some effort,
I could probably unscramble the CSV file into the separate accounts but I'd then need to convert the CSV to QIF or OFX as they are the formats MSMoney uses for import.
In the case of the Android app, I think the separate account exports may be working but I then get an error when the app tries to write an export file to any of the directories on the phone I've tried.
I've been reporting these problems since last month but the only responses I've so far received have just been a copy of the untested information in the help file. They do not have any direct contact e-mail addresses and any replies they send are from a do-no-reply e-mail address so I always seem to be back to the start and cannot just follow-up.
I'm seriously looking to move to another bank.

Boursobank - terrible service
I download from my Fortuneo account but it is a CSV file and I have to do a Data, Text to Columns sort to be able to use the data. It is fiddley but I've got used to it. I wish they'd do it in Excel format

@Graham - I've now seen Fortuneo has additional export options on the web version including QIF, CSV and Excel over the limited export from the mobile phone app. I'll have to bear that in mind but I'd prefer not to switch bnks unless really necessay.
As I wrote, I use MSMoney to keep my financial accounts of my UK and French bank/card accounts which receive varuios pensions and other income. It allows me to produce an calendar year statement with the figures all sorted for easy compltetion of my French tax return. The problem is MSMoney only accepts QIF and OFX formatted data.
There is a free online CSV to QIF converter https://csvconverter.biz/user/login which I already use for my Revolut data. With sorting, etc I have now found it is possible to process the Boursorama CSV data once it has been separated into two separate files for the bank and the VISA card data as they require different profiles to create correct QIF for import into MSMoney. But it is a lot of additional effort when previously Boursorama had separate options for each account.
MSMoney (Windows only) hasn't been updated for many years. However, it still works with Windows 11. This is the download link to the last versions of the UK and USA versions of MSMoney
