Joint Savings Account

I've been searching but haven't found anything so does anyone know if there Is there a simple French savings account that can be in joint names? Not an assurance vie or an account that ties you up for years. Just a straight forward savings account where you can put money in when you want and take it out when you want but in joint names and somewhere safer rather than keeping it in a joint current account for those unexpected h/hold/motor rainy day bills.

We have a joint current account with La Poste and individual Livret As. I move money from them to the current account when necessary on line

@ajm thanks for your response, we have a joint current account and we both have individual Livret accounts (we don't touch those ) but we're looking for a joint savings account if such a thing exists where either one of us can dip in if necessary.

We have several joint savings accounts.

Crédit Ag and Ing are the principal accounts. I'm sure we also have another with PSA banque.

I can second Crédit Agricole for a basic joint deposit account although you might need to open a current account with them at the same time.

@Antonia Thanks we have a joint current account with CA but they've never mentioned a joint deposit account - they always offer us funeral insurance or cooperative bonds which we don't want. Anyhow I shall now be on to it.
