I haven’t put the two years side by side yet.

I’ve just looked at the detail. 19% increase to 660 euros for ordures ménagères! I will definitely be putting more rubbish in the bins

The commune charge has gone up 17%
They giveth with one fonc and they taketh away with several foncs - still paying taxe d’hab!
And I have to pay for gestion de dossier as well.

Ours up by a fiver.
Bit of a cheek since they removed our nearest communal bin to the top of the hill. I truly don't need the extra exercise.
Humanity landed on the moon over fifty years ago but it seems too much to ask for a reliable telephone/internet service in rural France.

You must live in a very, very small house then, if that's your Tax Fonciére! Or do you have lots of exonerations?

Its a new house so high standard of insulation, air to water heat pump, 100 Sqm + 80 Sqm garage, both over 65, wife ♿ two toilets, one bedroom, designed that way to avoid paying taxes on empty rooms, but during the build had all the services put in so the rear of the garage could be converted into a 2/3 bedroom house, or Gite with Grenier, so I suppose the answer is yes, but I don't know which, as I have a Pro do my tax returns, I just sign where Iam told. not had a Tax Hab yet, but only been in since June 2020.

You may not get a tax hab. There has been a rumour that it was being phased out.
