I don't suppose CA is any worse than other organisations who continually change their websites "to enhance and improve our experience", but I must say that today I got very annoyed, when I went on line today to check our monthly statements.
The layout is now so different that I thought I was in the wrong section, so wasted quite some time trying to verify I was navigating correctly.
After I realised I was in the right place I found the statements I wanted, but I cannot possibly say that my experience was either enhanced nor improved.

In corporate website design today it is often Change for the sake of Change.
Humanity landed on the moon over fifty years ago but it seems too much to ask for a reliable telephone/internet service in rural France.
