is this spam?

First of all I can assure you that neither myself or my husband have been looking at what they charge, pornography with child pictures

2 emails came, with attached documents :

I'll try to attach the documents by add attachments, please can anyone reassure me? Surely something as serious as this would be sent by mail to be signed for?

Having had a heart attack, this type of scam (it must be) doesn't do my stress levels any good

It's always worth looking very carefully at the sender's email. Often an email can look genuine, all the right logos etc. But the email address usually has some fault, typo or comes from Nigeria. The email address only has to have one letter or figure added or changed to make it clear it's a spam.

That is a slightly less amateurish version than previous ones I have seen - so I shall add it to my collection.

Technically not SPAM as such, but part of a phishing campaign - they use an image to bypass scanners and rely on you following up something printed - was there another page - or did you receive it as a PDF file with links in it?

But I have to say these guys are technological geniuses - whilst the world has yet to fully adopt IPv6, they have invented and implemented IPv7. Their talent is wasted!

The documents arrived as PDF attachments, I don't think there were any links, but I'll check again tomorrow.

Both the documents in my first post are as received.

Didn't open the attachment, blocked the sender and reported as Spam.

Gmail's spam block is pretty bad
