Axa online is a catastrophe at the moment. New system installed 1/1 since when I cannot access the account. Many others in similar or worse positions.

Today 17/1 I finally accessed my Axa accounts. Their password can only be 8 numerics!
To change a phone number, you print off a form, fill it in, photograph it and send it back with a justificatif. Oh and just for fun they changed the RIB of the account too!
