That's a beautiful photo Char !
If I right click on the large image, I get the same size image in a new window but of I click on the thumbnail, the image comes up with a black background !
It's brilliant.

That's great, easier to scroll down and the big version can be seen without distractions !

Well I'm quite impressed with picr - tis easy to upoad, much quicker than 500 px, it creates the BBCode for you to just copy and paste into a post without having to click on the image button.

When did I start using Picr? Around 2008 or 2010 and it never let me down. And even snapshots with a simple midrange smartphone (a Huawei P9 Lite) look good. A sideshow of the festivities during the Comice agricole in Brinon-sur-Beuvron, summer 2019, old tractors in action:
