Lovely. It reminded me of when I lived on a hill in Bristol and whenever the Balloon Festival was on, the sky was full of balloons of all shapes, colours, sizes and colours. Quite spectacular.

Edit - I might have missed saying colours!!!

When we lived in the Lot we often visited Rocammador where each year there's a balloon rally.
To see dozens of them taking off from the vally, rising up passed and almost able to reach out and touch was magic.

That's just gorgeous Elsie - the calmness and peacefulness oozes out at you when you look at it.

Nice picture, looks more like a painting.

The first two photos were taken at a Ballooning event in Angoulême a few years ago.The two others were from years ago, I heard the balloon passing over my house at dusk and it landed nearby.
