Absolutely brilliant stuff and so much more so when you can give new life to life expired leather goods.

I've made my OH a sort of bag. To hold his phone and keys.
Also phone cases.
I have thought that I might make a masculine bag, but haven't done so yet. I'm worried I might make it too female looking. :? What would it need to hold? And what sort of decoration could I get away with?
I thought the black bag with a blue puma on it was quite masculine before I put the tassels on it. I should give some thought.

Phone cases are really useful. When I'm on first aid duty, we're issued flashy orange gilets and as I don't want to risk forgetting to remove my phone from a pocket, I have a phone case round my neck. It's a very uninteresting cotton thing that was a freebie from Yves Rocher (!) but has been brilliant. A soft leather one would be nice ....

What beautiful bags - you’re extremely talented! If you were wanting a second/third etc career or just fancied occasional opportunities at making bags for friends on here etc, you’d have masses of would-be customers, but you must have difficulties setting a realistic price for the amount of time you must spend on your lovely creations.

Thank you for showing us some if your beautiful bags.

Stuff a bloke needs when out and about.
phone
car documents
credit card type stuff
car/house keys
reading specs and sun glasses
Glock (American market)
Cash notes and coins
Passport (occasionally)
business cards in a metal case
multitool
Covid mask
pen
tape measure
nylon bag folded into tiny holder.
spare hearing aid batteries.

Now, having tipped out my current manbag, I can clean it out from all the sugar sachets collected from cafe coffee stops.

The other question is what type of bag, do you want zipped compartments, pockets, expandable pockets etc.. On the inside, outside or both. There's lots to think about.

Aah, now, bag size is a problem, one does not want to appear twee with a tiny bag, or too paper boy with a big bag. Yet one may need to stuff other junk in it too. This is where the designer comes in, making it a utility bag and not Gucci. Everything goes inside with a cover flap anti thief in crowds and anti snatch strap. Saddle leather? saddle shape? not decorated.
(This is just a challenge, not a specification for an order as I’m through my holiday money already).

Anyone have anything to add to the bag contents, or have a bag that goes with my Saville Row suits.

I notice that PE’s list does not mention an easy access compartment for a Swiss army knife.
