Exactly, unless they've been "pinged" as being close to someone who has tested positive. I regularly suffer with random stuffy nose/sneezing, or headache, or breathlessness, or tiredness, or itchy throat. But as I rarely have contact with anyone, I'm not going to get a test each time as it's probably just because I'm allergic to our house!
