A Covid story

#1 Post by Headers »

A friend lives in Paris. She is extremely vulnerable to Covid due to health conditions.

An acquaintance of hers left Paris with her family to spend Christmas in Grenoble. They caught Covid while there. On Saturday, they called her to ask her to get them some shopping as they would be returning late yesterday. She agreed.
But wait I said, they should be on 10 days isolation. Oh she said, they have to come back as the son is taking an exam at college on Monday (today).
How incredibly selfish these people are.
By the way after she had gone to great personal effort to get their provisions, they rang late last night and said they wouldn’t have time to come and get them.
I hope she has learnt a lesson from this episode - NON.

There are unfortunately those who use and abuse without considering the consequences or the effect on others. Bon courage.

Another sad story depicting the selfishness of a certain part of our society.

One of our Grand Daughters who works in a restaurant has just completed the triple.
Three times jabbed & three times tested positive for Covid.
Her mum works on a childrens ward so that's another NHS worker who'll be unavailable for a few days.
